Pay only the agreed rent, we'll take care of the rest!
- The rent is fixed for two people (for each additional person the cost is 35€)
- All costs for utilities are included (electricity, water, gas, heating and if present conditioning)
- All condominium expenses are included
- Cleaning at the beginning and end of the lease is included
- Pets are allowed in almost all apartments but an additional weekly charge of €40 is required for final cleaning of the apartment
- It is possible to organize one or more cleaning of the apartment and also the change of linen, requesting it at least 24 hours before. The price of this intervention will be agreed with the external company that deals this service
- For stays longer than two months the price, which provides for a discount, must be requested from our organization
NOTICE: The Municipality of Turin requires to pay the tourist tax. The amount of the tax is € 2.30 per day for each person, up to a maximum of 7 days. All people over 12 pay the tax. There are some exemptions, which can be consulted on this link page: http://www.comune.torino.it
Booking simple and safe
Choose the apartment, ask us for availability for the period that interests you and you're done!
1. Send an e-mail to info@affittialvolo.com indicating the rental period and the apartment you are interested in renting (better if you give us a second option); alternatively you can call +39 011 0464290 or +39 393 9958097 or contact us 24/24 via chat + 39 3939958097 (Whatsapp-Telegram-Viber-Messenger).
2. Wait up max 48 hours and you will receive an e-mail with an indication of availability and a quote related to the price of the stay
3. Answer to confirm us apartment and period. We will block the reservation
4. Then you will recive an e-mail (or a fax) with attached the acceptance:
- You will pay a deposit with a bank transfer (about 25% of the whole cost) or by Paypal that costs 3,5% more (we will send you an e-mail with the request for money and the instruction to pay in the site of Paypal), or in cash or with check in our office
- You must fill the attachment of the acceptance with your personal details (name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, details of an identity document). We will prepare the rent contract for short stay accommodation before your arrival, so your check-in it will be faster
5. Cancellation policy: cancellation can be made by e-mail or by telephone without penalty up to 30 days before the date of arrival. Up to 15 days before will be withheld 30% of the deposit. Up to 10 days before will be withheld 50% of the deposit. Beyond this deadline the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
NOTICE: at our discretion, in case if the need arises, we can replace the reserved apartment with another, similar in all respects.
Check in quick and fast
From the first contact to the check in, all in a few simple steps!
1. We will arrange an appointment (according to your instructions) either in our office in via Cavour 14 (inside the courtyard at the bottom left) or directly at the apartment (in this case the appointment will be in front of the entrance door of the building and you will have to confirm the appointment by phone or text message one hour before your arrival - this delivery method cannot always be carried out).
2. The delivery time - for organizational reasons - must be between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the day of arrival. Deliveries at different times or on Sundays can be agreed but sometimes involve an additional cost of up to 25€.
3. Upon delivery of the apartment you will have to pay the rent.
4. The keys and the apartment must be returned (with methods that will be established at the time of delivery) by 12:00 pm on the day of departure. Even in this case, different times can be agreed but they could be subject to an additional cost of up to € 20.00 and in any case only until 7.00 pm on the day of departure at the latest (after that the full daily rate will be applied).
5. We provide transfers for those arriving in Caselle, Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio, Levaldigi. The service sometimes also includes porterage and delivery of the apartment (at night and on holidays). This service is not carried out by our company staff but by external professionals.
6. Since the temporary rental is of a residential type, it is not subject to VAT if the rental exceeds 30 days, for those lasting less than thirty days VAT at 10% is applied. In both cases we issue an electronic invoice which can however be charged among the costs or expenses if such rentals are connected to the professional activity.
